We've got a new, heavy imperial stout coming out of its slumber. As always, we try to push things as much as possible, and this was far from an exception. 💥

PARASOMNIA is a heavy one. We pushed it as high and thick as 44 plato, landing on a mesmerising 17% ABV, giving it more than one year to mellow out and enhance its aromatics on different barrels. A heavy sleeper, yet still whispering dark hymns through the darkness. 👹👹👹

👉 MAPLE SYRUP BA VANILLA 2025 - drenched with rich, residual, nutty maple syrup, glazed with notes of condensed honey and resins, with fancy vanilla beans sweetening the deal even further 😋

👉 RED WINE BA CINNAMON 2025 - with a warm, musty twang and soft dark spices from the barrel, rounded up by rich, woody cinnamon sticks 🍷

👉 MAPLE SYRUP BA BLUE DREAM 2025 - maybe the first time someone used terpenes in a stout? we didn't check. but the oily blueberry and herbal notes from the Abstrax Blue Dream blend marries perfectly with the slick maple sweetness and dark spices 🧪
