For a bit more than a year now we’ve been aging a smooth, flavourful Czech-style lager in a cleaned out, funk-proof, ex-wine Italian foeder, trying to nail that elusive, legendary wood-aged lager vibe. 🍺🪵 

KINGSWORTHY. Truly so. A deep, well-rounded maltiness and soft tannins, with a touch of aimed-for DMS and deep leafy, pungent Saaz hops with a moderate bitterness. 👑🍻
