Our deep dive into Belgian styles continues, and for this one the awesome people from Gamborg stuck around for a bit to help out. 💪

Sitting at at an aggressively ecclesiastic 12%, DOUBLE DOUBLE CHOKEHOLD is a gripping Belgian quadrupel, fermented with traditional spicy yeasts, with no other additions aside from authentic candi sugar and a smidge of fig puree. 🇧🇪🍻

Expect a deep, juicy raisin-forward taste, with bits of caramelised date and dried fig, soft and sweet nuttiness enveloped in residual sugars that've been simmered down for extra toffee edges, with subtle hints of dark bread and spices. All blessed with a solid punch of booze, starting at the sound of the bell. 🔔👊💥

This one's pretty limited, as part of it has been knocked out and settled into some wooden barrel for further training until sometime next year. ⏳
