Our pursuit of turning classic desserts into delicious ice cream smoothie sour ales has brought the fancy Poire Belle-Hélène on our plates. 🍽️😋

This one is absolutely loaded with tons on plump and juicy pear puree, pungent and fragrant, topped with luscious vanilla ice cream soft serve (the vegan type), rich chocolate syrupiness and shavings of toasted almond. All perfectly in line with the original, yet still somehow popping up as the coolest in the room. 🍐🍐🍐

The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized and should to be stored refrigerated between 2 and 8°C.
A few days with the delivery courier is ok but please don't store in a warm closet for weeks.
