Celebration time once more. We've reached our 1500th brewday. Or 'gyle', as the cool kids call it. 🎉🥳

That means we've been pushing and pulling malts and hops and ice cream through the ol' trusty stainless tanks for quite a while now. And you've been kind enough to join us for the ride, sometime through quite some dangerous times. 🤗

Such grand occasion deserves a heavy monster of a beer - PHI PHI PHI. This rendition of the Triple IPA is again powered by hearty kveik activity, fed tons of hops and Phantasm Powder for too many times. Hence, TDH. We did the math (maybe). 🤞

Big Vista hops hit on the hot side, solid and herbal and fruity, leaving a perfect canvas for an aggressive session of dry-hopping with hand selected Citra, New Zealand Cascade, Superdelic and a hefty jug of Nelson Maui Hop Kief. A huge green punch packed with tropical fruit goodness and full, fleshy citrus, notes of overripe white peach and canned pineapple galore,  mixed in with underripe gooseberry, with a certain spicy zing and a warm, embracing finish. The works. 💣💣
