GIFTS OF HARVEST takes the same Pomona yeast and puts it to even more complex tests. 👨🔬

We switched it up for this DDH Double NEIPA and pumped it full of Nelson Sauvin hops on the hot side, then stressed this new yeast with Phantasm powder and fresh New Zealand Cascade hops for some fancy biotransformation. Finished the DH off with Talus, Strata and Motueka for a fruity profile that does not shy away from a bit of a bite, too. 🥦🥦🥦

It's a real cornucopia of flavours, with huge musty white grapes, yellow cherry compote, canned mango slices and spicy-ripe maracuja, with a sharp grassy edge to balance it all out and pungent floral vibes. As complex as it is rich, and all around juicy. 😋
