They laughed at the crazy scientists from Bamberg when they came up with their beechwood smoked malt.

Who would want the strong, savory, salty notes of stringed pastrami and cured wursts in their clean, crisp lager?

Well, a few hundred did, and they weren’t all barbecue enthusiasts. But the numbers are increasing, and we’ll do our best to spread this smokey gospel.

We teamed up with the local brewers (and bearded bird enthusiasts) from Zaganu to make sure we seduce as many people as we can with our precious... smoked ham water.
