The main culprits here are fragrant rum and fancy-schmancy Ugandan vanilla bean, but also a delicate infusion of a West-Indies inspired tea blend, with dried berries and a touch of hibiscus for a nice dark fruit jam edge adding to the complexity of it all, on top of rich fudge and burnt caramel notes coming off from the specialty dark malts. π
