We got late harvested, raisiny Riesling grape must from Crama Marcea for an extra depth of flavour, and we also threw in a bag of German smoked malt for a bit of a fumé touch. 🤌
Contrary to the name, the flavours aren’t clashing at all, although the tartness hits like a piledriver and the peppery rauchmalz gives you the chair in the end. I guess the violence is mostly aimed at us. 🪑💥 😵
