Nothing too gimmicky tho. Take a solid, clean and crisp lager base( fermented with NovaLager, nevermind the label typo), and blast it with modern hops - let’s go with Simcoe, Comet, Nelson and Mosaic Cryo. Simple. 📈
It’s crisp and bitter, with a nice blond fruit edge underneath, but with assertive pine and dried citrus peel notes dominating the finish.🍊🌲
