Road to Mandalay is a chai masala inspired imperial stout, infused with Assam tea, cardamom, ginger and a mix of different types of peppercorn (smoked Timiz longpepper, Timut, Java, SΓ©lim, Java - you name it). π« π
We love it when humble ingredients bring so much to the table, with rich smokey tannins, spicy ginger and citrusy cardamom blending in nicely atop a creamy smooth stout. Some of us might even have a favourite here. π
