We dusted off the old cookbook with Ironic Brewery and we came up with quite a tasty mouthful - OPHELIA’S DELICIOUS BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST. 🧑‍🍳

Another pastry imperial stout that holds no secrets whatsoever, that we promise. Not even lactose, cream or other dairy. 😅

It’s sitting at the peak of haute cuisine with richly caramelised specialty dark malts, fancy cinnamon sticks and ultra-rare vanilla beans. Oh, and tons of jammy blueberry purée. 🫐🫐🫐

Things you need to know before ordering

The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized and should to be stored refrigerated between 2 and 8°C.
A few days with the delivery courier is ok but please don't store in a warm closet for weeks.
Orders placed after 14:00 Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
