The collaboration with the French powerhouse @lesintenablescraftbeer is finally out! 
We went in a rather mysterious direction, but far from being gloomy - a super-hopped up Black DIPA. 
GOTHIC NOIR is all about contrast, ironically. Pitch black, with soft roasted malts and subtle notes of ashy espresso, cocoa powder, spikes of citrus and resins from a hefty Simcoe and Mosaic hot side addition - and then the surprise twist from a super-fruity, bright and tropical dry hop charge - Azacca, Eclipse and Citra. 
Works well with faded out jazz in the background.
