AGGOURAPHOBIA. We’ve been playing around with cucumbers for a long time (naughty-naughty), and it was finally time to tackle a full on tzatziki-style sour.
We gave it some vegan yogurt powder treatment and went with Crossline Brewing‘s close to home version, hitting it with a lot of fresh mint, not dill. And we finally did it - we added garlic into a beer.
It’s a doozy. Super refreshing, pungent, messy-looking, the type of beer that sticks with you in more ways than one.
